A trip to the best event company in Europe

Last week we went to Holland.
We met with one of the leading European event agencies. They have an office in Amsterdam, with a head office in England.

Observations:
1. Amsterdam is a big apartment.
There is as much safety and urban comfort there as there is, unfortunately, in Moscow.

2. To put it mildly, Europeans are not particularly worried about service. Service in cafes and shops is a solid, confident C grade. Returning to Moscow and having breakfast in the center, I was once again convinced of this.

This can be explained. The whole country is their home, and at home we all communicate in a simple way.

3. The most tragic thing.
In the European events market, European event agencies do not have the concept of post-payment.... At all.
Agencies receive 80 to 90% of the budget before the event. Sometimes, 100%, if the event is big.
“We are a small company,” said colleagues from an event agency with a turnover of 45 million euros, “we cannot lend to large businesses. This is nonsense."

European companies in Russia say something completely different...
