Eventum - mobile application for event organizers
Eventum Premo company surprises event organizers again - now the first professional application in Russian is available for your iPhone.
The Eventum application is a personal assistant to the event manager, a universal calculator on a professional topic. A few taps and you can calculate various parameters for your future event:
- amount of food depending on the number of people and event format
- the size of the venue depending on the number of guests and the format of the event,
- power of lighting and sound equipment,
- number of personnel at the event (from cloakroom attendants and receptionists to bartenders),
- duration of a test drive for a given number of cars and participants.
In total, the application allows you to calculate about 20 event parameters. The application contains reference tables and tips, checklists and an event phrasebook (Russian-English).
The application will be useful not only for professional organizers in agencies and on the customer side, but also for purchasing departments of large companies. When creating the application, we used the experience of leading Russian catering companies, technical contractors, and companies that register participants. And, of course, 9 years of experience in Eventum Premo.
The application does not have 100% foreign analogues; it is a completely Russian development. Perhaps for the first time, a Russian event company can surprise the foreign market. It is worth noting that the application is free and will be translated into other languages in the near future. In addition, the agency plans to increase the number of functions in the application.
