Event matters!

There are so many different events in the world: small conferences, corporate seminars, New Years and company birthdays - a thousand opportunities for an Event agency to work, get creative, show and prove to everyone that HIS (the agency's) ideas are the best.

But how often do we come across the fact that we want much more than we need. How you want to create that very “WOW” event, despite the budget and the concept accepted by the Client. After all, there are so many cool, innovative, really fresh ideas around that NO ONE has used ANYWHERE that sometimes you want to pay extra for the implementation of such ideas, just so that they are brought to life. All these fantasies recently got me thinking about the No Limits event.

Let's imagine for a moment that a certain owner of “factories and ships”, Mr. Ivanov (of course, a collective character, without allusions to anyone in particular) suddenly decided to organize a spree event for himself:

  • foreign artists,
  • unusual stage solutions,
  • best chefs in the world
  • and most importantly - unlimited budget!

But for the thrill of the sensations, the period for all this is only 2 days. So to speak, do it over the weekend! Personally, I was tormented by vague doubts - after all, since such a moment, I want to do EVERYTHING at the highest level: the most stylish and high-quality souvenirs, and the most unusual and memorable production... EVERYTHING from badges to performances by artists.

That’s when I started thinking, is it really possible to do that “WOW” event in 2 days? After all, in fact, from the idea to its implementation there is a huge road - thinking and inventing, organizing and agreements, logistics and manufacturing. Such an event, even with the work of the entire agency and all their contractors, requires far from 2 days... or still not?

For me personally, the question remains unresolved. For myself, I could not give the answer: “Yes, we’ll take it”... or “No, sorry, we won’t make it in time.” After all, the desire is so great, but common sense and experience say the opposite.

What would you do in this situation? :)
