On October 17, 2007, the Fourth Annual IT-Leader Business Forum was held at the Moscow House of Music, this year devoted to the topic "Information Technologies as a Tool for Business Process Reengineering."

The forum brought together CIO and IT directors of leading Russian companies - Renaissance Credit, Raiffeisenbank, SUEK, Nortel, Aeroflot, HydroOGK, Microsoft and others - in total more than 270 participants.
