Why do you need offsite corporate events?
Offsite corporate events are gaining more and more popularity. As a rule, such outdoor events are associated with the abbreviationMICE[mays], which is the English acronym for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions - meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions. All this includes what we call the organization of offsite corporate events.

The concept of MICE includes quite a variety of events, but in general it refers to business tourism or regular events organized away from home. Most often, in our practice, this tool is used by pharmaceutical companies that hold cyclic meetings - in other words, a general gathering of employees from different regions. Also, such offsite events are often organized by the marketing and sales departments of successful companies. Or these are partner conferences to encourage Clients and partners.
Most of the components of MICE events are well researched and understood—perhaps with the exception of Incentives. Incentive tourism is usually some kind of reward for an employee from an employer or partner company for a job well done or successful cooperation. It must be recognized that, unlike other types of business tourism in the direction of MICE, incentive tourism usually pursues more entertainment purposes than professional, business or educational ones. It is not surprising that not all Clients allow the publication of photo reports.
How the business of offsite corporate events is developing
The event industry is quite mature. There are several respected exhibitions dedicated to MICE. A few examples are IMEX, EIBTM, GIBTM, AIBTM, CIBTM, and AIME. Eventum Premo employees regularly attend such exhibitions, establishing new business contacts and bringing unique contractors to Russia.
