Social policy Eventum Premo | Declaration of CSR in the event business
Eventum Premo is an event organizer and we recognize that our events are part of the cultural and social environment, as well as an element of business culture. A number of principles of our work and the responsibility we assume are formulated below:
- We see our mission in the consistent improvement and humanization of the processes occurring around us. We reduce the number of conflicts, contradictions, uncertainty, add beauty, meaningfulness, and kindness. We do this through our professional activities, organizing events;
- the safety and health of participants is the highest priority when organizing the event;
- we take responsibility for conducting business honestly, paying taxes on time, paying salaries and bonuses to employees, and paying contractors' bills on time;
- We strive to provide professional services at the highest possible level, as we understand that Clients judge other companies in the industry based on the quality of our work;
- We are committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding information about Clients and contractors that we receive in the course of performing work. The same goes for personal information about their employees;
- we reject all forms of corruption and unfair competition;
- We undertake not to knowingly infringe copyright. But still, please take into account that our awareness is not unlimited;
- We are aware of our responsibility for future personnel and make a feasible contribution to the professional education of students: we support internship programs and lectures at universities (at the invitation of student communities);
- we form our business processes and client portfolio in such a way as to minimize harm to the environment;
- we refuse to rig voting results, draw lots and other forms of deceiving the audience at our events;
- We undertake to honestly and promptly inform our customers about any force majeure circumstances that arise. In this case, we make every effort to minimize the damage to our customers;
- We strive to recycle things that remain after events for good. For example, we distribute the remaining T-shirts, notebooks, and pens to schools or take them to collection points for the homeless and victims of natural disasters.
