The Directors' Banquet and the Megaforum are two of Oriflame's largest events with an audience of thousands, which are traditionally held once a year. The main purpose of the events is to announce annual results and honor the leaders thanks to whom the company has been growing and developing around the world over the years. ORIFLAME LIVE MEGAFORUM This year, Oriflame focused on a new Online to Offline strategy and presented its partners with a Live direction, as well as a new reward system, which also included an Audi A3 car. Special guests of the event were Russian pop stars. DIRECTORS' BANQUET A new format was chosen for the directors' banquet with performances by the best stars, who also became part of the program to honor the leaders and personally congratulated them from the stage.
