On June 1, on Children's Day, the REMA association held the first INTERN'S DAY! This project is atypical for the field of event marketing. It appeared thanks to the initiative, enthusiasm and concern of REMA colleagues. INTERN'S DAY brought the team together even more, reminding us that each agency, in addition to its own manifestos, has a common mission: to make the world a little better and people happier. After INTERN'S DAY, we are ready to announce that we are one step closer to this global goal. Each agency opened its doors to several interns so that they could begin their career path under the guidance of professionals with many years of background in the event services market. The competition for candidates consisted of the following stages: 1. Filling out a Google form that was distributed to educational institutions and other sites 2. Completing a test task in the following areas: creativity, copywriting, design, project management. 3. Speed dating and personal acquaintance with the heads of REMA agencies. And now to the numbers: more than 100 applications, more than 70 guests, 30 internship candidates, 4 interns who have already received an offer for INTERN'S DAY and 15 students awaiting offers until June 9. On June 1, the REMA association contributed to the development of personnel for the event business, and we hope that INTERN'S DAY will become a good and annual tradition for the association and students who want to gain new knowledge and experience in the event industry.
