We participated in the organization of the meeting of the Business Advisory Council (BCC) of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum. The team of the Eventum Premo agency worked out the scenario, collected information, calculated emergency situations and tested the performance of all systems. In general, everything was like in the preparation of any event, but much more responsible, since the participants were high-ranking representatives of business structures from 21 countries of the Pacific region, such as General Motors Corporation, ICBC, Toyota Motor Corporation, etc. We held many events – it was a really exciting moment when, in a single burst, the whole hall applauded us for our work! Historical reference: On May 12-14, Moscow hosted the second meeting of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) this year. The event was held at a high level with the participation of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Basic Element Oleg Deripaska, Head of Gazprom's Foreign Relations Department Sergey Balashov and Chairman of the Management Board of VTB Bank Andrey Kostin. At the ABAC meeting in Moscow, issues of further facilitation of the business environment in the region, improvement of financial mechanisms, the possibility of achieving progress during the Doha Round of WTO negotiations, energy security and climate change, development of small and medium-sized businesses, social responsibility of business circles, labor migration in the region, as well as the global food crisis were discussed.
