Meaning:
The unobvious process of lending to large businesses to small ones. An offer to do a project for your own money and receive payment in some wonderful future if the customer likes the project in every way.

Usage example: 
- Yes, they have post-payment for 120 days, we don’t take this tender.
The commission for organizing an event is lower than the income from a bank deposit for the same time.

- We work only on 100% postpayment basis 
The customer subconsciously believes that the agency is more financially stable than the customer company.
