Eventum Premo

Address to a future employee of Eventum Premo

This appeal most likely concerns those who would like to find a permanent job in our company. But it may also be of some interest to other readers. Any employer will highly appreciate a candidate who follows these recommendations. It's no secret that employers publish vacancies and employees send resumes to different companies. This is what we do - we publish vacancies and receive letters from job candidates.

Unfortunately, many candidates' resumes are not suitable for us, and we do not even invite them for an interview. Most of those who come for an interview do not become our employees either. This is a natural process. But in order to save time for you, a person busy with the important task of searching for a job, we decided to outline some of the principles by which we select resumes.

So, dear candidates, we hope that our advice will help you decide in advance whether you want to work with us and help you better prepare for the meeting and interview. In any case, we hope that these tips are useful to you in your job search.

 1. We expect that the candidate wants to work in our company and writes a letter exactly to us.Therefore, we do not consider resumes sent simultaneously to several places (these are those letters where our e-mail is listed in a long line of recruiting companies and other employers). Whatever is written in this summary, we simply will not know, since we will not read it.
Moral – write to us personally.

2. When contacting us, write: Why you would like to work in our company. By understanding your motives and incentives, we can provide you with a job that suits your interests. If you don’t know why you want to work with us, we advise you not to send your resume, but to think again (read our website, consult with colleagues and friends). Try to understand what kind of job you are looking for. The worst answer to this question is any answer.
Moral – understand why you need this job.

3. We spend quite a lot of time publishing what we do. Try to find out in advance a little about our history, Clients, competitors, and generally a little about the business we do. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge during the interview. This will be a big plus for you.
Moral – Find out a little about your future employer.

4. During interviews, questions are often asked about “your strengths and weaknesses,” “where do you see your career in 5 years,” etc. banalities. This is part of the ritual. Don't let yourself be caught off guard by such questions.
Moral – Have homemade answers to questions you may be asked.

5. Check your resume before submitting. The resume should not contain spelling errors. Everyone is human, everyone can make mistakes. But not on a resume. Having seen an error in such an important document, we will conclude that you are incompetent or careless (which in this case is the same thing).
Moral – write correctly.

6. The resume should be beautifully designed. This is also taken into account, as it shows your attitude towards work. Do not use 10 fonts, many colors, etc. Show your taste and ability to draw up documents.
Moral – write beautifully. Make your resume beautiful.
