On may 12-14, 2008, a meeting of the Business Advisory Council (BAC) of the Asia-Pacific economic cooperation (APEC)forum was held

The Eventum Premo Agency team worked through the scenario, collected information, calculated emergency situations, and tested the performance of all systems. In General, everything was the same as when preparing any event, but much more responsible, as the participants were high-ranking representatives of business structures from 21 countries of the Pacific region, such as General Motors Corporation, ICBC, Toyota Motor Corporation, etc.

We were responsible for the quality of our work to three major Russian companies at the same time: "Basic Element", OJSC "VTB Bank" and OJSC "Gazprom".

We held a lot of events – it was a really exciting moment when the whole hall applauded us for our work!

Historical background: on may 12-14, Moscow hosted the second meeting of the business Advisory Council (BAC) of the Asia-Pacific economic cooperation (APEC) countries this year.

The event was held at a high level with the participation of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Basic Element Oleg Deripaska, and head of Gazprom's foreign relations Department" Sergey Balashov and Andrey Kostin, Chairman of the Board of VTB Bank.

The DCC meeting in Moscow discussed further easing the business environment in the region, improving financial mechanisms, opportunities for progress in the Doha round of WTO negotiations, energy security and climate change, small and medium-sized business development, social responsibility of the business community, labor migration in the region, and the global food crisis.
