My name is Dmitry Chistyakov, I am the manager of the video department of Eventum Premo.
I want to tell youhow to make a corporate filmabout your company. It's not that difficult, here are simple instructions.

1. To get started, you can contact me in any way convenient for you:

We will schedule a meeting at a time and place that is convenient for you.

2. At the first meeting, we will spend the most pleasant stage with you - getting to know each other. Next, you will tell us what you expect from our collaboration, we will exchange questions and suggestions for the corporate film. We will agree on the terms of reference together.

At this stage you will need to think:

  • What will your corporate film be about and what will be the semantic load.
  • What audience will this corporate film be for?

 

3. Deciding on the format:

  • Image film about the company for internal audiences
  • Image film about the company for external use at exhibitions or presentations
  • Training video, video instruction
  • Presentation film
  • Documentary or something else

 

4. After the meeting, when the goals and objectives of your future corporate film are known, we prepare its brief description - Brief (what tools and resources will be used to create it. Number of people involved in the work, equipment, computer graphics) – and send it to you.

5. So, we signed the contract and got to work. We are starting to prepare a script plan, a document that will outline the filming plan and main points. At this stage, your company requires a person with whom this scenario plan can be agreed upon.

6. The most interesting stage is the shooting. The date and time of the event are agreed upon in advance; this is done so that the people who should be involved in it get included in the film.

7. Now that there is enough video material to make a film, we begin to prepare an artistic explication. This is a document that is divided into episodes of your film. Also at this stage, the musical arrangement and announcer's voice (if necessary) are approved, graphics are prepared (if necessary).

8. Once the artistic explication is approved, we begin installation. Here you can mix video with graphics, music, color correction, etc. We send you a rough version of the edited film for edits.

9. After making your adjustments, we prepare the final product, hand over the film to you and sign a certificate of completion.
