I once participated in a marketing brainstorm for one of my friendly companies. As always, we came up with a lot of ideas. But, just as always, these ideas required implementation. Those. specific work. And to the question - who will do this, the guy who proposed the idea very casually and simply said: - I will do it. It seems to me that he accomplished something like a small feat. This phrase is often missing in brainstorms. People come up with ideas, but someone else has to implement them. It's simple. I remember this moment. And I really respect people who have the courage to say - yes, I will do it. Not in response to an order, but in response to one’s own initiative. When proposing something, some ideas, “I’ll do it” is the strongest argument in favor of the fact that the idea is worthwhile.
