Virtual model of the event.

A few years ago, we organized a foresight session on the topic “What awaits the event industry in 10-20 years.” Almost all of our most unthinkable predictions have come true in one form or another much earlier. And fully digital decorations (event with 360 degree projection), and various mobile application capabilities at the event, and much more. There remains one last prediction: that virtual models of the event will be created that you can walk through before the event itself. With glasses, on a computer or on a tablet - whatever suits you. Not just look at a sketch, not just look at a 3D model, but walk around the site like in a game. Why is this needed: to evaluate the site, estimate the distance, understand the perspective from the inside.

Understand what the scenery looks like, what the building looks like from different sides. Going through “let the guest” is an invaluable experience. And finally, this too came true, again much faster than we expected. We made a model as part of the preparation of the project, we made a project. In the video you can see the same moments in the model and at the event itself. Internally, we call this model a “walker.”

We see the scope of application of this solution for events as follows: large-scale events with large buildings, complex installation, and a large territory. For example, festivals, road shows, test drives, exhibitions. Doing this for small events in one room is still an expensive pleasure.
