On May 20, a seminar on organizing events for employees of the largest domestic financial organization was held at the new training center of Sberbank of Russia. Employees involved in organizing internal bank events were invited to participate in the seminar. The authors of the seminar, partners of the Eventum Premo company, Alexander Shumovich and Alexey Berlov, spoke about how to properly plan and prepare an event, how to most effectively allocate resources at the project implementation stage. A separate block of the seminar was devoted to the design of the site.
As examples, the seminar presented the experience of projects implemented by Eventum Premo, as well as the best practices of Russian and foreign organizers. In addition to the training, several pleasant moments were prepared for the participants: a fresh station with freshly prepared cocktails (fruit ones in the morning, and stronger ones at the end) and the book “Mix, but don’t shake” by Shumovich and Berlov with an individual cover and autographs of the authors. Based on the results of the seminar, a video course was prepared for other Bank employees.
