Renault Latitude. Sales Manager Training

In October 2010, Renault dealership managers were trained on a new model - Latitude.

Latitude is a new D-class sedan, the world premiere of which took place in September at the Moscow Motor Show, so Russian dealers were among the first in the world to learn all the features and advantages of the new product.

By tradition, training took place in Moscow for 4 days, as well as 2 days in St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg. In total, the event was attended by about 500 people from dealerships from all over Russia.

The training consisted of 2 parts: theoretical and practical. At the training, participants learned all the necessary information about Latitude, its competitive advantages and technical characteristics. Also, 2 special training modules were prepared for the participants: on loan programs from Renault Credit and the Drive the Change module on brand development from the Product Directorate.
And during the test drive, participants were able to practice evaluate all the advantages of the new model, as well as compare it with competitors. The test drive was under the supervision of experienced instructors. Each participant was able to personally feel all the advantages of Latitude over the main competitors in the category of business sedans.

Eventum Premo was selected as the organizational partner for dealer training events (for the second time in a row). The Agency’s task is to fully organize the “turnkey” event, including: selecting sites for theory and practice, renting classmates, transporting Renault cars between the cities where training is provided on an auto transporter, arranging the event venue, manufacturing souvenir products and much more.

Eventum Premo also helped with the implementation of innovations for the training part of the event. We invited a professional actor who served as a potential buyer of the car. With this innovation, participants could immediately consolidate their knowledge in practice, as well as receive detailed comments from the trainer related to the process of selling a car.
