It looks like designing will soon become a completely different profession. It will be necessary to correctly describe tasks to algorithms and make clever edits, but the actual work of creating graphic objects will be done by artificial intelligence. For example, AI has learned to design a pattern for Audi wheels.
The FelGAN program is a special form of self-learning computer program in which two algorithms compete as opponents during what is called "training", becoming better and better at competing with each other. Both algorithms are designed to learn from their mistakes and continually improve. After enough runs, AI creations become so real that the human eye cannot distinguish them from real photographs.
So perhaps the next generations of wheels will be designed very differently than before. What then is considered the creativity of a designer?
