For three days, from August 24 to 26, the PR department of Eventum Premo in its entirety spent at the Moscow International Motor Show in Crocus Expo.
On August 24, a dress rehearsal of conferences and speeches at all stands of the salon took place, which helped to identify minor flaws and correct them before the exhibition was opened for the press.
The Eventum Premo team worked with our Volkswagen customers on two fronts - at the neighboring Skoda and Volkswagen booths. On August 25 and 26, the exhibition opened for representatives of the media and the business community.
At the Skoda Auto booth, the entire range of models assembled at the plant in Kaluga was presented. In addition, Skoda demonstrated several Russian premieres at once, including the sports Fabia RS, the practical and emotional Fabia Scout, the business class Superb Combi sedan in the station wagon version, the rally version of the Fabia Super 2000, the multiple winner of the famous IRC racing series and others.
Volkswagen brand also pleased visitors with its premieres: a new Polo sedan, a new Touareg SUV with a hybrid powerplant, the flagship of the Volkswagen Phaeton lineup, as well as the Russian premiere of the Volkswagen Amarok pickup were presented to a wide range of visitors.
Near the exhibition center, Skoda conducted crash tests for thrill-seekers in a special tent. Volkswagen also provided everyone with the opportunity to test drive the new Polo Sedan.
The duties of the Eventum Premo team included not only providing journalists with all the necessary information materials, but also inviting the media to official events of Volkswagen and Skoda, preliminary accreditation of journalists, organizing photo and video filming of cars, conducting individual interviews with company representatives and much more. The results of our work are visible on the basis of monitoring, and we have something to brag about!
Three days passed quickly. We are grateful to all the journalists who paid attention to the stands of Volkswagen and Skoda, and look forward to new fruitful meetings in the future.
