From time to time, I come across the term “event events.” And every time it makes me cringe, because it is nonsense. Let’s think about it.
The English word “event” already means “event.” So respected professionals are engaged in event-events. And by the way, VIP stands for Very Important Person, in case anyone forgot.
Let’s take this idea further.
Event-event agencies provide services to their client-customers. For example, they invite speaker-presenters or artist-artists. At these event-events, music-style music is played, VIP-persons, famous celebrities, and management-managers take part.
To organize event-events, tender competitions are held, where cost-expenses are compared and feedback-reviews analyzed. Sales-sellers help companies get into the tenders.
Beautiful-beautiful! The world became clearer-clearer once professional-professionals learned English-English and started organizing event-events.
