On May 27, the second Effect UP conference, dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of HR events, took place at October Event Hall.
About 80 representatives of the event industry gathered at the venue to discuss forms of non-financial employee motivation, the reasons behind the cancellation of New Year parties, and much more.
The conference was moderated by NAOM members Alexander Shumovich and Andrey Toryanik.
Through dialogue between clients and agencies, we strive to increase transparency in the Russian business environment and develop common working methods, so the next Effect UP conference will take place very soon.
