<p>The management of Eventum Premo has completely revised the structure and principles of the internal structure.<br /> <br />Now Anna Gubareva, Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for all management processes in the agency. This is a completely new experience for Eventum Premo, such a position did not exist in the agency before.<br /> <br />Anna took control of key aspects of business development, including team growth, attracting new large clients, and creating high-profile cases. Prior to that, Anna headed the project implementation group at the agency.<br /> <br />Anna has been working in the event field for more than 14 years, and during her work at Eventum Premo, she has established herself as a true professional and a strong leader.</p>
